Cancelling
Cancel any time from Account → Manage subscription, or without signing in on our cancellation page. Your subscription won't renew, and you keep Pro until the end of the period you've already paid for. Switching between monthly and yearly is done in Manage subscription, and any adjustment is shown before you confirm.
14-day withdrawal (EU and UK consumers)
You can withdraw from your first Pro subscription within 14 days of buying it. Because your access starts immediately, we refund what you paid minus a proportionate amount for the days you had access. For example, withdrawing 3 days into a 30-day month refunds 27/30 of the price. Renewals don't start a new withdrawal period.
Other refunds
- Charged twice, or charged after cancelling? We refund the mistaken charge in full.
- Otherwise, payments aren't refundable, including unused time after you cancel or delete your account.
How to ask
Email info@predictsport.app from the email address on your account. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and usually arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Payment disputes
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; we can usually fix things faster. Opening a dispute cancels your subscription immediately.
